ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for Kindergarten, a child must be five years of age on or before September 15, 2008.

For children who will be entering a Central Bucks school for the first time in the fall of 2008 as a first grader, the child must be six years of age on or before September 15, 2008 OR have completed a state approved kindergarten program.

If you are unsure of your school attendance area, call the Transportation Office at 267-893-4000.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Registration forms, required documentation and residency requirements have been provided below in order to help expedite the registration process. Please complete all forms and bring them with you to your scheduled appointment at the Educational Services Center located at 16 Welden Drive, Doylestown PA. 18901. Additional forms that cannot be provided online will be made available at the time of registration.

• Required Documentation and Residency Requirements to be provided at time of registration:

  • Parents/Guardians must show a photo ID when registering students

  • Child’s Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Records

  • Proof of Residence (see list below)

    • Property Deed/Agreement of Sale OR Current Lease Agreement in your name
      AND one of the following:

    • Current Utility Bill

    • Current Tax Bill/Receipt

    • Current Mortgage Statement

  When registering for grades 1-12, it will be helpful to bring the following additional information with you:

  • Previous school name, address and telephone number

  • Copy of student’s most recent report card and or transcript/school records

  Please be advised that registration will not be considered complete until all forms/documents have been submitted and residency requirements have been met.

  CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

  All student address changes within Central Bucks must be validated at Central Registration by appointment only.

  Student Change of Address Procedures:

  • Download the Change of Student Address Within Central Bucks form or obtain the form from the school your student currently attends.

  • Call or email Central Registration for an appointment.

  Complete the form and bring it to your scheduled appointment along with the following REQUIRED documentation:

  • Proof of Residence (see list below)

    • Property Deed/Agreement of Sale OR Current Lease Agreement in your name
      AND one of the following:

    • Current Utility Bill

    • Current Tax Bill/Receipt

    • Current Mortgage Statement

  Your student’s records will be updated to reflect the new address upon receipt of the required documentation.

  CHANGE IN HOUSEHOLD MEMBERSHIP:

  All student household membership additions, deletions or changes must be documented on the Household Membership Change form. This would include the following:

  • Parent/Guardian changes

  • Sibling changes

  • Mailing changes

  Student Household Membership Change Procedures:

  • Obtain the form from the school your student currently attends
     

  • Complete the form and return to your student’s school
