Developmental Swim Clinics at East High School
Physical forms and swim waivers will be needed for all clinics unless you were a member of our CBAC or SWAC 2007-2008 pre-teams. Physicals must be dated after March 1, 2006.
This clinic is designed for swimmers new to the team sport of swimming as well as those that were part of the pre-teams at CBAC or SWAC this past season. Children should be familiar with all four strokes and be able to swim the distance of the pool without stopping. The goal of this clinic is to concentrate on the mechanics of four strokes as well as condition our swimmers for the upcoming summer swim team season. The session will focus on instruction and step-by-step drills to create better stroke technique. Coaches will work with each of the four strokes in order of free, back, breast, and fly. The clinic will last 8 weeks.
Evaluations for those swimmers who were not a part of CBAC or SWAC will be held at East High School on March 5th and 6th at 6:00pm. You do not need to call for an appointment. Please be prompt and bring goggles.

This clinic is designed for swimmers who have been a part of a competitive team, have a good knowledge of each of the four strokes and can do multiple laps without stopping. The goal of this clinic is to concentrate on the mechanics of four strokes as well as condition our swimmers for the upcoming summer swim team season.
