Aquatics Refund Policies
SwimTeam/Clinics
Credit vouchers and prorated refunds will not be given due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e.: power failure, pool issues, weather, and school closing). We will make all attempts to add a make-up class or combine with a class on another night (if class enrollment allows). Vouchers and/or pro-rated refunds will not be given due to participant’s failure to attend, scheduling or personal conflicts that arise after the program begins or in the event of an injury sustained outside of the program.
Full cash refunds will only be given: If the Community School cancels a class due to lack of enrollment. Pro-rated cash refunds will only be given: Before the second class and/or first week of practice. After this time, only credit vouchers will be given. Cash refunds will not be given after this time under any circumstance.
Credit voucher amounts are based on time used/remaining in the session. Credit vouchers are good for one year and can be applied to aquatic programs only.
There will be a $15 processing fee on all refunds and returned checks.

Private/Semi Private Swim Lessons
If you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason no refunds or make-ups will be given unless another child takes your child’s spot. If we need to cancel a lesson, we will offer you another time for a make-up or issue a refund voucher.
Group Lessons/Parent & Tot
Refunds will not be given due to participant’s failure to attend or scheduling or personal conflicts that arise after the program begins. In the event of an injury that will not allow your child to complete the session, a pro-rated refund voucher will be issued after receiving a doctor’s note. For circumstances beyond our control (i.e. power failure, pool issues, weather, and school closing) we will make every attempt to add a make-up class but, if this is not possible, a credit voucher will be issued.
Refund Vouchers
Vouchers are good for one year. They can be used for any aquatics program offered by the C.B. Community School.
