3105 Advanced Placement Career Academy: Intro to Health Care Practices
This course will provide students contemplating careers in biomedical professions firsthand experience with health care practices. Classes will be conducted on site at Doylestown Hospital during first block of the last marking period. Students must have completed AP Biology. Students will be evaluated on a portfolio and a final project/presentation.
Enrollment is limited to space available at Doylestown Hospital.
Prerequisite: AP Biology and teacher recommendation. Students must successfully complete an application and go through the interview process. Blood test for tuberculosis is required by Doylestown Hospital. |
