This nine-week course is designed for juniors and seniors with an interest in exercise physiology, and personal training. Course content includes the study of anatomy and physiology of the human body. Students will develop an understanding of the intricacies involved in moving into the area of “fitness” instruction and rehabilitation. Students will gain knowledge of the latest exercise principles and apply them in a hands-on environment using the most up-to-date equipment.
