All CFF Users
1. Teacher laptops should be brought home for the summer. When you bring your computer in for summer maintenance, you will be granted at home access as well as be given an extra 512 mb. You will receive an email from Ray Kase at some point during the summer to schedule the drop off.
2. The coaches will be coming around to do inventory. Having your equipment ready to be inventoried at your scheduled day(see below) will expedite the process. Please place the following on top of your presentation cart:
a. Both pens,
b. Bluetooth device,
c. Speakers,
d. LCD Projector and cables (even if it is ceiling mounted),
e. Digital Camera (Primary Only),
f. Web Cam (Primary Only),
g. If you took the wheels off the bottom of the cart, please reattach them for the summer,
h. *Please do not unplug the Promethean cable.

Primary Users Only
· Batteries from student laptops need to be removed. By your last block Friday, have your students turn on the laptops, and drain to a charge range of 40-50% . Then, please have your students remove the batteries, and place them in the boxes that we are dropping off on Thursday (6/12). All boxes should be placed on the student laptop cart.
