Students will:

	Identify the perspective of a map or floor plan
	Locate four oceans and seven continents
	Describe major landforms
	Discuss similarities and differences between Native Americans of the Woodlands and Plains
	Explain the contributions of Native Americans
	Create classroom rules that are fair, worthwhile, and understandable
	Describe the need for laws in our society
	Be alert to major current events
	Explain the advantages and disadvantages of barter or money systems
	Analyze informed consumer decisions
