Guidelines for Posting a Flier
and/or including your event on the CBTV show
Per school board policy, Central Bucks distributes information through the E-Friday Folder for non-profit organizations with an event or service of interest to students and parents.
The event should be in or very close to our attendance boundaries, and the event should pertain to or involve students.
Organizations interested in posting a flier should e-mail a PDF of the flier by the 10th or 25th of the month to ksmith@cbsd.org.
Please suggest a length of time for the flier to be posted, and name the file with a descriptive but brief name. "DAAfldhocreg" is better than "FieldHockeyflierforschools." Often there are two or three fliers for the same type of program.
The flier must indicate the non-profit status of the organization in order to receive approval.
Events to be included on the CBTV version of the E-Friday Folder must be submitted by the 10th of the month for the next month. For example, events submitted by October 10 will be on the November show.
We can use the information from your website flier for the script of the TV show. We do not need additional information. Simply note in your e-mail that you would like to be included in the TV show, and include a jpeg photograph of your event or program. Submit to ksmith@cbsd.org as you do with the website fliers.
