The Health and Physical Education Program helps students  grow physically and socially. Physical Education classes develop students’ cardiovascular and muscular strength, coordination, social skills, problem-solving techniques, and healthy living habits. Health classes teach students how their bodies function and how to develop desirable personal habits and attitudes.
