 Important Announcements

 
 
New Security Procedures
 
Beginning Monday, March 25th,
students, parents and visitors arriving to CB West
between the times of 7:35 am and 2:30 pm
must be buzzed into the school
via the West Court Street entrance
or the Visitors/Parking lot entrance.
 
Upon arrival, students, parents and visitors
will be required to press the buzzer and show photo ID
in order to gain access to the building.
All non-student visitors must sign in at the receptionist desk.

Graduation

CB West's Class of 2013 commencement exercises will be held on Wednesday, June 19th at 6:30 p.m. at War Memorial Stadium. 
 
 
Senior Immunization Records:
In a few short weeks, your child will graduate from high school and move on to the next phase of his/her life. In the coming months and perhaps even years, he/she will need to have proof of vaccines received in childhood. Please take a moment to print off your child’s immunization record from Parent Portal.  This way, you can keep it in a safe place for future use.

PHYSICALS FOR JUNIORS (CLASS OF 2014)
FOR 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR:
The State of Pennsylvania requires all students in 11th grade to have a physical completed by a doctor. Please have your doctor complete this form and then please return it to the Heath Office by October 15, 2012. If your child is involved in sports at school, that physical will fulfill this requirement.
 
You will find a copy of the required form at cbsd.org, Click on Parent Resources; go to District Forms on the right hand side of the page; Click on medical form icon and find “Private Physician’s Report of Physical Examination of Pupil of School-Age” Take this form to your physician to fill out and return it to the Nurse's Office.
